THE BEETS BEAT
ok so i have had a crush on the beets for two or so years. INCREDIBLE band. Juan Wauters is a songwriting mad-man....but it's simple, which is always the best i think. anyway here is some new and might i say LOVELY footage of the band with their brand spankin new lady drummer. i will miss jacob on drums but she's keepin it REAL. here we go....

Ok so we haven't updated in FOREVER. NYC was a blast! and we are going back JULY 23-26, three of the dates with our BFF's Reading Rainbow so be aware! What else what else? We are still working out details about our LP but be assured that no matter what it will be out this year!

MOUNTAIN MAN FEST/BROOKLYN/THE WORLD
so we have been graciously invited to play what could be a pretty epic festival in Saratoga Springs, New York. i think it's gonna be amazing, but it is a totally fan donations based thing so if you have the chance go to:

10. Voodoo crust punk house in Little Rock (Stephen and Britt...you guys rule!)
9. Watching a pretty hilarious interview with some dude and the Dixie Chicks at a table near us.

hang onto yourself
we played unicorn manor this past weekend in Richy Monde. it was a jam packed day...a little acoustic set on wrir (i will try to post those songs...HILARIOUS!) careytown burgers and fries, the itis, an interview in a cat pee drenched room, casual attitudes towards coke and finally the show. here is a song we are covering now. demand it the next time you see us!
